WHEN it comes to the school pickup, many of us often throw on some old gym wear, opt for a quick scruffy bun and rush out the front door.
But for some celebrities, such as Heidi Montag, who rose to fame on MTV reality show The Hills, only a red-carpet ready look will do…

The mum-of-two shared a recent video revealing the very glam ensemble she rocked up wearing to the school gates – and it’s sent fans of the former reality star into a frenzy.
In a clip shared to TikTok (@heidimontag), the 37-year-old, who is married to Spencer Pratt, explained how she had rushed from work to pick up her boys Gunner and Ryker at the end of the day.
Wearing her long blonde straight hair loose, she then zoomed the camera out to show off the sparkling silver crop top she was wearing, complete with collar detail and diamante necklace.
She paired the eye-catching glitzy top with figure-hugging skinny jeans which revealed her toned abs for all to see.
Acknowledging her rather extra school pick-up ensemble, she said: “My outfit to pick up my son is very embarrassing.
“I need to always remind myself to bring a change of clothes to pick him up from school.”
Alongside the post, she simply shared the hashtag: “#momsoftiktok.”
The video quickly went viral, racking up a whopping 790,000 views and hundreds of comments from social media users, with many quick to brand Heidi a total “icon.”
“Your Heidi Montag it’s iconic, it’s a moment, she’s a mum. She’s a boss babe,” wrote one.
A second noted: “No, not embarrassing!! Mother to mother, you’d give me inspiration to step my own game up!”
“It’s okay you’re iconic girl – don’t stress!” a third added.
Meanwhile, another branded Heidi “a true icon,” while a further shared a famous quote from the film Mean Girls and quipped: “You’re not a regular mum, you’re a cool mum!”
Elsewhere, others praised the former reality star for acknowledging her head-turning outfit and for still picking her children up herself.
“But more importantly you are there picking up your baby. That’s far more valuable,” one social media user praised.
“Self-aware Queen,” another chimed in.
Heidi recently revealed that she copied Spencer Pratt’s skincare routine – including a cleanser which can be bought for as little as £11.49 from Superdrug.
“I actually copy Spencer’s skincare routine,” she told The U.S. Sun.
“When I met him he had — and has — the best skin of anyone I’ve met.”
